- our mobile application (“App”).
Users include:
- Passengers/customers; and
- Drivers/driver-partners.

a) Information you give us directly
For example, when you register, book a journey or contact us:
- Identification and contact details: name, address, email, mobile number.
- Account details: username, password, profile information.
- Journey details: pick-up and drop-off addresses, dates and times, preferences.
- Driver information (for driver-partners): driving licence details, vehicle details, insurance details, right to work information and other documents required for onboarding and compliance.
- Payment information: details needed to process payments (handled via secure payment providers).
- Emergency contacts (if you choose to provide them).
b) Information collected through the Site/App
- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, and similar technical information.
- Usage data: pages viewed, app screens used, dates and times of access, features used, booking and cancellation history.
- Location data: GPS/location information when you grant the App permission, to find nearby drivers, complete journeys, calculate fares and improve our services.
You may disable location access on your device, but this may prevent us from providing our services.

- payment service providers;
- identity and verification providers (for drivers);
- analytics and anti-fraud providers;
- social login or integrated services, if you choose to sign in using them (e.g. Google, Facebook).

We use your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
a) To provide and manage our services
- Setting up and managing your account.
- Matching passengers with drivers and arranging journeys.
- Calculating fares, processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Communicating with you about bookings, changes and support.

b) For drivers: compliance and onboarding
- Verifying identity, driving licence, right to work and vehicle details.
- Conducting appropriate checks (e.g. insurance, licensing, background where required by law or regulation).

c) Safety, security and fraud prevention
- Monitoring use of the Site/App to detect and prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised access.

- Regulators and authorities: where required by law, regulation, court order or to enforce our legal rights (for example, licensing authorities or law enforcement).
- Professional advisers: such as lawyers, auditors and insurers where necessary.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
